An e-ticket is a ticket for an event sent to you via email, and you can print it once you successfully complete the transaction of placing your order through our website.

We will notify you by an email regarding your ticket confirmation, which will be in a printable format and you can take a print of your ticket and show it at the entrance of your event or otherwise you can obtain it any time logging into your A/c @ www.eventticket.com.au. We strongly advise that you carry your debit/credit card with you used for transaction.

You just need to take print out of your emailed ticket confirmation and take it to the event venue along with the payment card used to purchase the tickets. The event organiser will telly with their records and permit you an entry to the event venue.

Buying an e ticket in advance saves you in many a ways such as Time, Money and regret.

Usually e-tickets are cheaper than door prices and you can avoid queues. Most of all it guarantees you to event entry.

If there is any kind of booking fee it will be clearly displayed at our site. Usually we don’t charge booking fee. There is a small per ticket transaction fee which is charged when you process to checkout.

Once your payment is authorised you will receive your e-ticket.

The event organisers/promoters are provided with the details of all who have bought the tickets for their event. You just need to show your e ticket or confirmation email and your ticket payment transaction card for entry.

Yes some events have age restrictions which will be clearly mentioned on the event page. Please double check before you buy tickets.

No. Event Ticket And Promotion offers ticketing and event promotion services on behalf of event organisers/promoters. However, Event Ticket And Promotion hold no personal responsibility of any change/reschedule or cancellation of any event.

There is no refund for cancelling the order. If you can’t make it or have change your mind you can contact the event organiser. If they agrees, we will make a refund to you after deducting the booking fee for each ticket. The booking fee varies depending on the event and ticket price.
